Multi-Sports Camp comes this summer

By Milan Eagle Media

The Big Reds Athletic Department will host a Multi-Sports Camp this summer at Milan High School the week of July 14th-18th.  The week long event will offer campers, age K-5th grade a chance to participate in multiple sports over the week, including soccer, basketball, football, swimming, wrestling, golf, baseball, softball, volleyball and track and field. The camp is open to boys and girls.

The high school varsity and JV coaches and the Big Reds athletes will run 2-hour mini-camps for their sport within the week, using the high school facilities for each program. The structure of the camp will be one sporting session in the morning, a lunch break (not provided) and a different sporting session in the early after noon. Over the course of the week, campers will have the opportunity to tryout 9 sports in a fun and safe environment, and get to know the Big Reds coaching staff and athletes. At the end of the week the Big Reds athletes plan to compete against each other in an obstacle course style athletic challenge while the campers cheer on their favorites.

The cost of the camp is only $75 per camper with a $20 discount applied to additional campers from the same family, and every camper will get a t-shirt marking the event.  You can register online at: or in person on the morning of July 14th, but online registrants will be guaranteed a t-shirt. All Paddock and Symons students will be given a flyer at school.
