While often rewarding, caregiving requires a tremendous amount of energy and strength. It is important to take some time for yourself to recharge. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality’s (MDEQ) Water Resources Division (WRD) will hold a public hearing at the Charter Township of Ypsilanti, Civic Center Building, 1st floor Board Room, 7200 South Huron River Drive, Ypsilanti, Michigan on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Purpose to secure the views of interested persons concerning the following application for permit: Application for permit 2BV-3PQY-85ST under Part 301, Inland Lakes and Streams, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (NREPA), by NEXUS Gas Transmission, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct approximately 47 miles of 36-inch diameter natural gas pipeline within Lenawee, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties.
