Caregivers Support Group At Senior Center (MSHL) – 3rd Mondays monthly from 6pm FACILITATED BY LANCE SLATTON CSCM from Enriched Life Home Care Services In the midst of caring for a loved one, it is easy to wrestle with the weight of that role. While often rewarding, caregiving requires a tremendous amount of energy and strength. It is important to take some time for yourself to recharge. Join us as we share the challenges and the rewards of caregiving. The purpose of this group is to create a community of support for caregivers and their families in an open forum to share experiences and resources. FREE

Olga’s Fundraiser Dinner
The Humane Society of Monroe County and Olga’s are teaming up to raise funds for the homeless animals! From 10:30 am – 10 pm if you dine-in or carry-out at Olga’s, they will donate a percentage of your bill to the Humane Society of Monroe County. You can pick up a flyer from the Shelter or Thrift Store and bring it with you or just simply mention to your server that you are there supporting HSMC. A great cause and some great food! Knights of Columbus Chicken – Steak Dinner 
Servings begins at 4:30 and continues to 7:00 p.m. Open to the public. Cost for adults is $12.00 and $5.00 for children age 5-12 and, four and under are free. Carry outs are available on site. The dinner is held in the Father Joe Family Center at Immaculate Conception Church, 420 North St. in Milan. Proceeds from these dinners support our charitable activities. The dinners include Baked Chicken, Baked Swiss Steak, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Corn & Green Beans choice, Applesauce, Dinner Roll and Homemade Pies. Coffee, Milk and Water are included in the cost. Bowling for Bones at Monroe Sport Center
Grab your valentine, your friends, and family and come out for a fun night of bowling and pizza to benefit the homeless animals at our shelter. Tickets are available at our Thrift Store and at our shelter. Tickets cost $15 per person and include: 3 games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and pop. Monroe Sport Center is located at 15425 S. Come dance the night away with your Milan Area Firefighters on Saturday February 11th at the Milan American Legion. Tickets are $20 per person and that includes Beer. Wine, Soft Drinks and various munchies and all the dance moves you can handle!!!! Doors open at 7pm and the band Eclipse starts playing at 8. Monies raised will benefit the Milan Area Firefighters Assn. You can purchase tickets from any firefighter.
