On Saturday, Dec.8, 2018 the annual “Home for the Holidays” Christmas parade will take place in Downtown Dundee. The parade, sponsored by the Dundee Area Business Association, will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will herald the arrival of Santa Claus.
At 6 p.m., just prior to the start of the parade there will be musical entertainment in the triangle downtown as well as the official tree lighting ceremony.
The parade route will be from the High School to Rawson Street, out to M-50, left to main, to Macon Street, left on Van Nest, right on Ypsilanti, then back to high school.
After the parade, Santa will make his way to the Dundee Township Fire Department located at 820 Dundee-Azalia Road where he will visit with local children and hand out treats provided by the fire department.
Bring the entire family down town for this wonderful event as we usher in the Christmas season!
