Caregivers Support Group At Senior Center (MSHL) – 3rd Mondays monthly from 6pm FACILITATED BY LANCE SLATTON CSCM from Enriched Life Home Care Services In the midst of caring for a loved one, it is easy to wrestle with the weight of that role. While often rewarding, caregiving requires a tremendous amount of energy and strength. It is important to take some time for yourself to recharge. Join us as we share the challenges and the rewards of caregiving. The purpose of this group is to create a community of support for caregivers and their families in an open forum to share experiences and resources. FREE

A Summer Garden Party Enjoy the splendid gardens at the historic Hack House while dining on an elegant 3-course dinner provided by Christian’s Catering with wine pairings by Sommelier, Kim Simecek. Crooked Tree Play Festival 2 The Crooked Tree Play Festival will present six different play readings by six different Michigan-born or Michigan-resident playwrights! These readings will be performed up and down Main Street, in restaurants, coffee shops, outdoor spaces, and even Milan’s beautiful Tolan Square! This year, we’ve changed things up ever so slightly, so that patrons can catch five plays over two days, should they wish! The sixth play is a new play for young audiences, which will be performed on Saturday afternoon.
