Milan Seniors for Healthy Living is a non-profit organization that provides services, activities, and programs for the mature residents in and around Milan. Caregivers Support Group At Senior Center (MSHL) – 3rd Mondays monthly from 6pm FACILITATED BY LANCE SLATTON CSCM from Enriched Life Home Care Services In the midst of caring for a loved one, it is easy to wrestle with the weight of that role. While often rewarding, caregiving requires a tremendous amount of energy and strength. It is important to take some time for yourself to recharge. Join us as we share the challenges and the rewards of caregiving. The purpose of this group is to create a community of support for caregivers and their families in an open forum to share experiences and resources. FREE.

BLOOM 11 am.-3 p.m. Milan’s Main Street second annual Bloom event. A celebration of spring features with free activities and games for the entire family. Food trucks, face painting, flowers ect. Spread out through out downtown. We will have Dave with Daves Honey in the store (Northern Chicks, 32 E. Main St.) teaching and demonstrating how honey is made. He is highly educated with bees. Dave has 75 hives which keeps him busy all year. We will also have The Leather Hound vendor popped up in the store demonstrating how they create there high quality leather handmade goods.

Hack House Opening The Friend–Hack House, also known as the Hack House, was built as a private house, located at 775 County Street in Milan, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, and currently houses the Hack House Museum.
