In order to keep people safe and distanced we did not produce a Milan Eagle newspaper for April. Further months have not been determined as we want to adhere to state guidelines and protect the community. Caregivers Support Group At Senior Center (MSHL) – 3rd Mondays monthly from 1 pm FACILITATED BY LANCE SLATTON CSCM from Enriched Life Home Care Services In the midst of caring for a loved one, it is easy to wrestle with the weight of that role. While often rewarding, caregiving requires a tremendous amount of energy and strength. It is important to take some time for yourself to recharge. Join us as we share the challenges and the rewards of caregiving. The purpose of this group is to create a community of support for caregivers and their families in an open forum to share experiences and resources. FREE.

Milan DECA Pancakes With Princesses event at Milan High School 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m., Advanced tickets will be available online through the Eventbrite link for $15.00 per child. A limited number of cash only tickets may be available at the door, the day of the event for $20.00 (if we are not sold out by then). We added a bunch of new events this year, including Storytime with Belle, awesome new face painting crew, games, dancing and much more! Special guest appearances by Mary Poppins, Moana and Meg from Hercules. All of the proceeds from this event will support the DECA students as they compete at States for a spot at the International Career Development Conference in April 2019.
