We at the Milan Eagle hope all in our community are doing well during this crisis. We will all get through this together. In order to keep people safe and distanced we did not produce a Milan Eagle newspaper for April. Further months have not been determined as we want to adhere to state guidelines and protect the community. We appreciate all our advertisers and readers and look forward to serving everyone again.God bless.

We are having a great season.  We are 7-0 on the year.  We took down 4 time defending D2 State Champion Dexter just before winter break and just after winter break won the Erie Mason Invitational, then followed with a 3rd place at the very challenging D3 Mid-Season Invite.  We only lost to the #1 and #2 ranked teams in the state in Holland and are currently ranked 7th in the State.  We have a very strong senior class and they are swimming excellent and leading by example.  Sophomore Andy Dobrzanski broke his own school record in the 200 IM already this season and has recorded state cuts in every event.  All three of our Relays are qualified for state and ranked among the top 4 best times in the state for each.  Senior Captain Evan Kolar has notched State Cuts in multiple events, and Senior Yosue Gonzalez has qualified in the 50 free.  Our other seniors are:
Noah Salhaney- captain
Kaden Baker- captain
Jared Merceica
Nathan Ley
Max Halliday
Mark Piccard

The Junior Class is Ben Stafford, Carson Parris, Liam O’hare and Wyatt Thiry.  All have shown incredible improvement and are key members of the success so far this year.
The lone sophomore on our team is Dobrzanski, but he has been on fire and looks poised to make a run a  couple State Championships.
The Freshmen Class is very talented and have been incredible for us.  They have come in and have made an immediate impact.
